- Gift certificates or Card discounts are NOT transferable.
- Stay is subject to room availability and with prior reservations made with the help desk.
- Bookings from any 3rd party will not be applicable.
- A certificate code must be presented upon check-in to redeem.
- Certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or special offers.
- Certificates cannot be used on blackout dates like Christmas Eve, New year’s Eve, etc
- Certificates are valid only on base category rooms for Planet Hollywood Goa & Thane.
- Suite category rooms are available for The Beatles Hotel Only.
- Child policy as per partner hotel is applicable
- Membership benefits are not applicable in Sunday Brunch.
- Cake reservation must be done 72 hours in advance with the member helpdesk
- Cake flavors – Chocolate / Vanilla / Black Forest. Not applicable on special orders
- Certificates cannot be used with the membership card dining benefits.
- Only 1 certificate is allowed per visit/table.
- Membership validity is 12 months
